Job Description

This position is part of the Shared Services Centre SSC in the HR Services organization. The role will be to deliver critical day to day tasks for assigned countries within the end-to-end Payroll and Benefits process and the work to do will be essential to ensure the successful provision of these services to our employees. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Performing daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll and Benefits processes within established target timeline- Interacting with external vendors both globally and regionally for Payroll and Benefits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction targets are met- Understanding and maintaining country specific content knowledge across multiple countries for legal and tax requirements in order to keep Intel legal and in control- Managing employee queries to resolution within established target timeline- Partnering with regional based HR Services team in order to support complex issue resolution, program changes and new program implementation- Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements- Performing ongoing analysis of current Payroll and Benefits Administration in terms of process, systems and structures leading to recommended process improvements- Maintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders Finance, Tax, Accounting, Business Group HR, Mobility and HR Legal

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline Degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting will be an added advantage or equivalent business experience. -Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines. -Excellent communication in written and spoken especially in English language. -Strong business partnering, influencing & stakeholder management skills are essential in order to support the regional requirements, suppliers and remote team partners. -Computer literacy, analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail and data are required. -Ability to be versatile coping with ambiguity and work odd hours when required -Advance skill in Microsoft Excel -Payroll, accounting and SOX* experience would be an advantage.

You will be working on developing ATE test program, IPs test Content and hardware for RF Mix Signal Wireless Multi-Comm Products. Conducting silicon debug, characterization and qualification at NPI stage. Driving for optimum solution for test efficiency, quality and cost. Enable product ramp for High Volume Manufacturing HVM and sustaining HVM product performance.

Qualification :

Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics or Computer -Engineering. Good programming skill in C++ or Java-Radio technologies Cellular, WiFi/BT, GPS, RF testing methods and RF instruments as well as Automated Test Equipment ATE will be added advantage. High volume manufacturing experience with RF testing on V93K ATE.-Good communication and leadership skills.

Job Description

To work on next generation with latest process technology of Intel, and work on next generation of mix-process node integration technology to enable various computing accelerator integration, in the era of hyper scale computing. Define VLSI Structural Design methodology and developing design flows. Implement structural physical designs, such as synthesis, floor planning, power-grid and clock tree designs, timing budgeting and closure, place and route, RC-extraction and integration. Verify structural physical designs, such as functional equivalency, timing/performance, noise, layout design rules, reliability and power.

Soft skills or people skills are the personal attributes will be needed to succeed in the workplace. You will also be responsible to enhance your soft skills along the way.

This includes the following:

Job Description

Responsible to validate and integrate third party Intellectual Properties IPs ensuring they meet product specification and functionality before they are productized into physical chip. Required to work very closely with design teams and architects to implement the low-level Register Transfer Logic RTL design to ensure overall good functionality of the chip. Develop specific test environment/platform, validation methodology and test plan to validate System on Chip SOC design by identifying and exercising boundary conditions and special cases in an effort to "break" the chip to find that last elusive bug.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or Master in Electrical and Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with at least 5 years of relevant experience in System on Chip SOC design and validation experiences.
